All Maison Lipowa jewellery is available to purchase through our made-to-order process. Every gem is sourced specifically for your piece and every piece of jewellery is hand crafted in our atelier in Spain or Hong Kong.

Our Bespoke Design Process
1. Connect with us:
Connect with us at custom@maisonlipowa.com with your request, ideas and questions. We can work with you via email for simple projects and customization. For more complex bespoke projects we recommend booking a virtual consultation.
4. Designing your piece:
Once your diamond or gem selection has been made we move on to designing your piece. Depending on the design we will share sketches, 3D designs or image briefs. Once the design is exactly to your liking we proceed to make the piece.
2. Book a bespoke consultation:
Through our virtual consultation we offer a personalized one-on-one experience where we will talk you through our design process, gem selection & discuss your jewellery project ideas. Book a consultation with us at custom@maisonlipowa.com.
5. Crafting your piece:
All of our pieces are made by hand in our atelier in Hong Kong or Spain depending on your region. All Maison Lipowa jewellery is made using age old jewellery making techniques that respect the process & the craft. For fully bespoke made pieces we need approximately 6-8 weeks.
3. Design brief & gem selection:
After discussing your design ideas we will send you a design brief and pricing quotation with a selection of diamond or gem options depending on your specific preferences.
6. Completion & Shipping:
Once your piece is finished we will share its sketches and images in a personalized story brief. Delivery & shipment depends on your location as well as the value. We work with specialized jewellery couriers and insurance providers.
